Ancient Celtic Hallstatt Culture circa 1200 – 475 B.C. large bronze armour belt buckle of rectangular convex form decorated at the center with three embossed medallions and ribbed design around the edges and pierced with two pairs of holes on each end for attaching the buckle to the belt.
MEASUREMENTS: 19.7cm x 10 cm (7.76 inches x 3.94 inches)
CONDITION: showing its age and usage with a heavy green-brown patina and encrustation a minor flaw in the structure of the metal on the edge (please see the picture).
