SOLD Antique 18th/19th c Spanish Colonial Santos Sculpture Christ Corpus Christi

SOLD Authentic antique, 18th/19th century, Spanish colonial - Mexican Santo, carved polychrome wood sculpture figurine of the crucified Christ (Corpus Christi). Realistically carved with good anatomy and rope draped loincloth. The tilted head of Christ set with crown of thorns, the crossed legs pierced with a carved wooden nail. 
CONDITION: Surface has nice old patina, absent of arms, a vertical crack above the drape, right foot chipped, and old glue deposits on the back.
