SOLD Antique 17th -18th century Islamic Indo Persian amour plate, superbly made from hand forged Damascus steel Wootz with a visible very fine Damascus pattern, decorated with a broad band of gold koftgari foliage. The edges are pierced with holes to attach to the main armour, where some were constructed of heavy padded fabric or chain mail.
