SOLD Scarce Antique 18th century American Revolutionary War period unusual shaped American made halberd head or tomahawk composed of two pieces of hand forged iron with a small crescent-shaped blade and a curved back fluke opposite side. Socket is formed with a single, short sidestrap pierced rivet hole.

CONDITION: Showing age and heavy usage, pitted with dark brown glossy patina overall, the fluke and blade is bent, some nicks on the edge of the axe.
