SOLD Antique, 17th 19th century, Sino-Tibetan horse crupper (a leather strap that fits under the horse's tail). The four leather straps projecting in an X pattern mounted with six rectangular iron plaques chased and finely inlaid with gold and silver, connected to the prominent square boxlike central boss inlaid in silver (gold inlaid worn out).
CONDITION: Showing the age and usage, leather belt split, cracked and repaired, leather is still flexible.
MEASUREMENTS:
Overall length of the belt: 76 cm (30 inches).
